FD3000 soft starter
- The FD3000 series high-voltage solid-state soft-start device is used for the soft starting of high-voltage AC motors. Common voltage levels include 3kV, 6kV, 10kV, and 13.8kV, etc.
- The FD3000 series low-voltage solid-state soft-start device is used for the soft starting of low-voltage AC motors. Common voltage levels include 0.4kV, 0.69kV, 1.14kV, etc.
- The working principle of the FD3000 series high/low voltage solid-state soft start device is to use three-phase AC voltage regulation. By controlling the trigger angle, the output voltage of the thyristor can be changed. During the motor starting process, the soft start device adjusts the motor terminal voltage in real time according to the pre-set program, enabling the motor to accelerate smoothly and reducing the impact on the power grid during motor starting.
- The solid-state soft-start device, due to its superior characteristics, has become the most widely used soft-start device. It can be applied in various scenarios such as fans, water pumps, air compressors, refrigeration machinery, etc.

The model of the soft starter cabinet,which includes circuit breakers,starters,and bypass switches (three in one),is ZSSGQH3.
